Very successful growing manufacturer in the Montreal area is seeking an experienced individual who has handled a high volume accounting department for a privately owned company.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will be to manage office staff, oversee all accounting and financials; preparation and analysis of monthly statements, cash flow projections, budgets, receivables, payables, foreign exchange and payroll.

The ideal candidate has experience in a high volume accounting environment, is proficient with Excel and can move quickly and efficiently while processing invoices. Excellent English communication and knowledge of French are required as well as the ability to understand computerized A/P processes. Sales associate needed to help company reach growth potential. Stock options a possibility. Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
Clients looking for someone to help them 1-3 days per week. Must be good at Simply Accounting, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office sofware.
Need help 2 days per week. Organizing and setting up meetings, writing newsletter, contacting & recruiting clients and members. Must be familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook Express, Outlook, E-mail, Microsoft Publisher. Must have personality to deal with clients and members. Good writing skills, English & French required (written & oral).
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to quickly learn bar code software
Experience with Bar Code Printers - Sato, TEC, Zebra, Soabar
Proven Mechanical ability for equipment adjustments
Database knowledge - Foxpro, Access
Personable, Detail oriented, Excellent attendance record, ability to keep focused
Bilingual (English & French), written and spoken.
Hours of Work: Noon to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Winter months - possibly Sunday instead of Friday)
Possibility of 9:00 to 5:00 in several months. Must be flexible.

This is a Regular Part-Time Position possibly developing into full time

Ongoing projects require FoxPro 2.6a and Visual FoxPro 6.0/7.0 programming and support. Part time.
Upcoming projects require Microsoft Access programming. Versions to Access 2000.Part Time
